And I'm back! After my barrage of overly-colorful outfits these past couple of weeks, I felt like going back to black and white for this latest look, featuring the glittering jewel of my closet (so far, hahaha), the Gucci Dionysus bag I have been coveting for a while now. Call it a 'second wedding present' from my beloved hubby.

Also in this outfit - my beloved leather jacket that I've worn to death last year, and may continue to do so this year. I wish it were a little colder now that we're two -ber months in! This weekend look brought me from a quick lunch, to this shoot, and finally well into the night with Thor: Ragnarok at the cinema. Oh gosh my Marvel senses are tingling. I love Cate Blanchett's Hela, that was amazing!

I still can't believe I'm having a second wedding, BTW, and at such a busy time too. But I'm trying to take all things in stride. Leaving Macau and headed to a second work trip next week too, so...yeah...I will bombard you with all kinds of posts - fashion, travel, and weddings - in the coming weeks, and then disappear for a while, while we finish up our events for the year.

Because I'm the epitome of restlessness and impatience, I decided that I couldn't live one more day without wearing this amazing pink sweater. With the pseudo-fall we've been having here in Macau lately, it was cool (cool here being the most technical sense), Kate, my sis and fellow blogger, and I decided to go fashion and pose together in our bright sweaters and make a sweater weather post - coming soon! She also put my makeup, which is awesome because I'm personally not very good at it. Okay I suck. Oh, and my sister wants me to inform everyone that I drew in my own eyebrows and hereby they are not up to her usual 'fleek-ness' ,hahahahah.

Anyways, life has been topsy-turvy, messy messy lately. We're quite busy at work, I'm quite busy with our impromptu, sudden, wedding, and well, life's just busy nowadays, in general. Hayyy, I think I'm almost ready to sleep for a decade. But, I'm happy. Life's good.

So, you might be wondering as to why I've been posting pictures of me in wedding dresses to my stories, and my feed, and why I keep returning to Guangzhou this past couple of weeks. Well, loves, that's because there's been a development in the Leon-Chezka union that I thought would end in 2014. 

This November, Leon and I will be having our second wedding in his hometown in China. Not just some banquet, but the whole wedding shebang. I've been going to China these past couple of weeks to buy my -and my family's- dresses. I will have three gowns - the Chinese Qipao for the ceremony, followed by the most princess-y white gown for the banquet, and finally a velvet, Chinese-collared dress for the after-party. All with matching accessories, because - tradition.

Without realizing it, I had worn this beret on both shopping occasions. But this is the outfit I wanted to share with you today, because gosh, I love it. Simple with a twist - just how I like it. These boots are new, and I love them so much, wearing them nonstop since they came to me just a few days ago. They just match everything. 

Anyway, you can be rest assured that when the big day does come, I will share it with you.

Bringing to you my other weekend outfit, which I wore last Sunday. Okay, so maybe I started the morning (in church no less) wearing a two-piece set that looks exactly like rose-gold pajamas. I then went to a birthday dinner in said pajamas, ahhaha. Then I met up with Leon and finally decided that maybe pajamas were not the best thing to wear to all those things.

So, here's the change, featuring a purchase I have been debating on for a while now. A Kenzo tiger has always been on my wishlist, may it be a sweater or shirt. I didn't really care that the trend ship had sailed, I just wanted one, and now I do, in this perfect yellow shade. Then paired with summer's print - gingham - and my nude sock boots, which took one year to come back to this blog.

Anyways, it was a frenzied look of everything, which I seem to love. 

I'm not expecting to have so much free time these next couple of weeks, because the number of events we're having are through the roof, but I'll try and update soon!

Ahh, yes, the eponymous Vans have once again entered my shoe closet. This pair was a present from my parents (chosen by my sister) for my birthday, and finally I'm getting around to them. What comes around, goes around, don't you think? I had a low-cut pair in black back in highschool, which I wore to death. Not a very good shoe for Phys. Ed though, though that may just be me (who's not very good at Phys. Ed). I paired the shoes with a mix of my favorite prints at the moment - stripes and heritage check. This vest is part of a set which I have not yet gone about wearing on this blog.

I'm actually waiting to wear OTK boots with it, and with Macau's weather, that may be a while, but it will come eventually.

Anyways, how's your weekend going? I spent Saturday DIY assembling a new Ikea couch and coffee table. Leon and I have been knee-deep in redecorating our humble abode, which is going quite well, so I can't complain. Hopefully, our flat would be done before the holidays.
