Hi lovelies! Sorry for going MIA on you for a while. It's got nothing to do with all of you. I just needed a break after that whopper of a trip. Many things went very right, but many things also went  quite wrong. My latest trip left me craving rest, normalcy and just my regular routines. I know it may sound anticlimactic, but I guess it's just true what they say - there's no place like home.

Anyway, here's my last post of Montenegro, a jumble of photos from our daily photo trips while on the Maestral Resort for work.

Everything was just so new to me - the scene, the food, the people, when I landed in MNE, like Alice in Wonderland. I have little to complain about this place, except maybe the taxi service. It was beautiful, warm, and friendly. A little gem I would always remember, and maybe come back to someday.

Hello loves, now checking in from Dubrovnik, Croatia - the last stop of this whirlwind little trip. But before we get into the details, let's go back, back to Montenegro, that little island that could. I don't think I've ever been so entranced by a place in such a short time before. I guess it was the perfect mix of great (really great) food, amazing architecture, and blue skies and seas. Hot damn.

Anyways, since we would always wake up really early in the morning, we got to see a few choice places around our hotel. The most famous of these places? None other than this little gem, Sveti Stefan, which was about 20 minutes by walk from our hotel. Though I did not have time to swim, or rest, or even get into Sveti Stefan, I think these pictures are good enough for me. I don't think I did the place justice though. Oh well.

Outfit-wise? A mix of brights and textures. I have been revelling in the Balkan summer, wearing the most minimal makeup and the simplest of clothes. Can't you tell that I love it here?

Hi Lovelies, here's me checking in from Maestral Resort and Casino in Montenegro! I've been here for about a week now, and between the two of us, I'm still not tired of photographing this amazing place. 

Carla and I made this joke about how our photos seemed like postcards because of the amazing scenery here, so for today I decided to make you actual postcards out of some of my photos. Funnily enough, I've never had the chance to send out actual postcards before. But why purchase when I can just make them, right? And post them right here on my blog, so that I could show them to all of you.

Montenegro is a fever dream of a place, facing a brilliant blue sky and blue seas, and surrounded by mountains. Every nook and cranny is a photo op spot. I knew it'd be beautiful, but I was surprised by just how beautiful - and I haven't even seen it all.

Hi Darlings, for tonight, I'll keep this short. It's currently 2AM in Budva, Montenegro, where I currently am (insert cool emoji here, tee hee), and I am starting to doze off while writing, so enjoy the photos and my whirlwind ride through Rome.

I wouldn't say Rome is a perfect city. It's not, but it celebrates its own culture and heritage proudly. I think I fell in love with the people, the architecture, and the general ambience of it all.

Hopefully, next time would be a bit more that 24 hours, though. What do you think? Would you go?
