Finally, I join the bandwagon of the pointy, ladylike heels. Aren't they pretty? I feel like I'm five years old again, playing dress up and trying my mom's shoes. They are a little too elegant for all my childishness right? But such is the beauty of fashion - nothing is exclusive. You can wear anything and make it your own. I don't think it will surprise anyone much if my next outfit with these shoes would be a baby doll dress and jelly bracelets!

But anyways, I did go for a more grown-up look for the first outfit. With some touches of me of course; like the polarizing prints and heart shaped aviators. Did I mention that I found heart shaped aviators? The pink ones I bought in Taiwan broke last summer, so I vowed I would find tougher ones next time...hence...=)

Anyways, what is there to report nowadays except I'm back at work and the weather continues to suck. Maybe next time though, so see you soon, - Che

I'm still reeling from my Boracay trip. I wish I was still there, snoozing on a beach bed in my swimsuit and not a stitch of makeup. When I saw this dress hanging in my closet, it hit me that I had bought it especially for the trip, then I completely forgot about it. Well, what better way to relive the lively colorful Boracay in grey Macau than with a lively bright dress right?

Macau has been no help making me feel better. It's wet, rainy and kind of gross. Oh come on, I know it can do better than this.

Isn't it apparent that my outfits have been having a pattern? Denim. All denim. When you're about to go on a boat tour, or engage in water sports, or ride a buggy, well, for me I go for the pieces I will least likely destroy in the process - A.K.A. denim! So here's another denim-infused outfit with lazy white pieces. For me these are the ultimate vacation colors. You can just do no wrong.

So, on the third day of the Great Boracay Trip, it started normal enough, with pancakes, bacon and a whole lot of maple syrup - hey, I need the energy! Then, the Boracay Breakfast Club (that's us) went for two more activities - fly-fishing, and riding a 4WD buggy to the top of Mt. Luho for a different view of the island, which is from the top. I wished I could've shown you photos of our fly-fishing moments, but we decided not to risk losing our cameras so we left them all.

Funny story though, I dared everyone that the first one to fall in the water would have to buy everyone a drink, and stupidly enough I fell in first! Not my finest moment, but heck, it was so much fun and laughs!

But back to Mt. Luho, after the fly-fishig, and losing all the glamour of the first shot - we started on our way. It was definitely the best view of Boracay. Riding the buggy was fun, but in no way easy, I still can't feel my arms much..hehe =) I think if you're ever here, you should definitely find a way to get up there and take photos. Beautiful. You will not regret the trip. And that concluded our adventurous streak on the bone-shaped islands. After that it was all lazing around under the sun, eating all the food our stomach can take and enjoying the best of life.

So, Crystal Cove was one of the places in our Island Hopping itinerary. I knew I wanted to squeeze in all of this lovely island as much as possible so I made it a separate post =) Sooo...Crystal Cove.

An island in the middle of the ocean that had two of Boracay's famous caves. One cave, we had to go down a hole just like a rabbit hole in the floor (yes, the Alice in Wonderland kind), and the other  one we had to go down to a little pool after which you had to swim for the tunnel and cross through the dark tunnel on almost all fours. Yep, we rose to all challenges.

Ain't this place just pretty? It was such a great start to a jam-packed day! Till next time sweeties - Che

So, our trip is done, but it doesn't mean it's done on this blog yet. Anyways...day two. Finally, Carla and meet up and do number one and two on our list : Island Hopping and Helmet Dive. Sounds awesome right? Well it was! Definitely worth it =) And I know what some of you will be thinking, did she and I talk at all before dressing up? The answer is no, believe it or not this was pure coincidence.

So, the itinerary of the day was to all go aboard a boat and then make our way via ocean to three very lovely, different places, making our way through virgin islands and magnificent rock formations along the way. First stop was Crystal Cove (which I will be elaborating more in another post) but basically we visited two caves.

Next was the Crocodile Island - there are no actual crocs, just a large chunk of creepy, jagged rock, like a croc's spine and teeth - where we got to snorkel, and feed the fishies with some crackers. Then finally, the beautiful, almost secluded Puka Beach (much more beautiful than White Beach in my opinion) with sand made of powdery, fine Puka Shells. Our guide was friendly, helpful and he brought us to everywhere we wanted to go.

Finally, we went helmet diving with a 25 kg. helmet! Like damn, but it was worth it, in my mind anyways. I'm still thinking if I should post up the photos and videos because it was not my finest blogger pose moment, hahaha! =) Hope you're not tired of seeing the bright blue ocean...but no worries, the next post will be from a different view, so goodbye for now, sweeties - Che
