The Definition of a Perfect Day
I've sort of come to terms with what a perfect day means to me. It means I'm with Leon on a perfectly fine, sunny day, taking shots for the blog, walking around the charming streets of the place I call home, and eating more food than my whole day of dieting combined. Sometimes it involves a movie, sometimes billiards, sometimes we just go straight home and call it a day, have fun and laughs with my family, and watch more movies. To me that's a perfect day.
This outfit is what I wore to and from work. It's the kind of careless non-matching I do on a daily basis. Yes, it was a hot day, but to my defense I left the house at six in the morning, so it was chilly. I didn't mean for it to look this badass whatever (I'm a whimsier dresser than that) but when you don't plan outfits, you grab, and this happens to be what I grabbed.
So, it is a yes or no on the shoes? Aren't they so pretty? The watch was my present for Leon on our first anniversary. But I am such a big fan of men's watches that I couldn't help wearing it from time to time - I even wear it at work, hehe...good thing no one notices.

So, we ate some pretty local street food. See that picture of everything in sticks like veggies, mushrooms and tofu - that's one of Macau's most famous (and pricey) street foods. Basically, they hand you a tray, you choose anything you want and put it in the tray. Then they cut it to pieces, boil it, and then put homemade curry on it in one big styrofoam cup. No two curries will taste the same. Yummmmm...they even have this mixed beef offal thing (yes, I know it sounds a bit disgusting) that I love so much! With a lot of spicy red sauce till I tear up.
Then I had some coconut pandan cake from a little out-of-the-way Portuguese cake shop. Hmmmmm...I saw it from the bus window...I've been craving cake for a while now. I'm definitely going back there again. Finally, dinner was at Ka Lei Chun. It serves everything delicious and spicy. I've been going there since it opened. It's right outside my old high school. Tee hee.....yep, I love spicy everything! If you do too, then we would really click. So, I hope you learned a little more about me today! See you soon - Che
