Just a quick post today lovelies! Maybe you have seen this top before? I bought it in a boutique in Taichung and wore it to meet Leon's relatives..my sisters don't like it because they say it reminds them of a night dress, but I love it! It is probably the breeziest top I own and I love the details so much! I got it for a low price, lower than what I would've paid for it in Macao!

This outfit really feels like sorbet to me! The little neon bracelet is a present from Leon. He goes back to his hometown every few weeks and always comes back with some presents for me :)

Usually, I don't like to wear new purchases together...I want to savor the moment and wear them separately with two different looks and all those - but many times, when I buy clothes, I end up buying an outfit (two or more pieces just perfect together)! Case in point meet these new lucky finds of mine! The galaxy-print top is from the same surplus heaven of a shop where I bought my lovely leopard and tetris tank tops, and crochet vest. I actually saw it a day before I bought it, but I didn't have cash on me then! Like, shxxt - my sister told me to hide it behind the racks, does anyone else do this?

The awesome bright red pants I got in Mango. I did not know it was the sales and I was in need of some new jeans so voila! I think they look really good together in the outfit, but they'll definitely be  featured with more looks on this blog! There was really no reason to dress up this particular day, but hey, always dress up as if you're likely to see your worse enemy//future man right? I got so many stares tho, as this was a busy street we chose, and some sleaze-balls even whistled and jeered from their cars!

Sometimes, do you just want to play up your style? I know I do! Usually I think my outfits are on the sweet, cutesy side, and that's all well and good, but I do like to look edgy sometimes...I feel really at ease and confident with myself when I dress like this, does this happen to anyone else?

This was an outfit I wore recently to a dinner with Leon and some friends at a seafood restaurant (I'm sorry there are no pictures of this, I was so hungry! The food was so good) which, simultaneously, occurred when these liquid leggings came for me from Oasap. They are my first orders ever, and I love them. As you may have noticed, I like panelled clothing, like this hi-lo top (I bought this awesome top some weeks ago - but I will relate this story next time) and I have always wanted paneled leggings. For some reason though, I never got around to actually purchasing a pair. Well, now I do, hehe.. They are extremely comfortable and edgy, oh and affordable! As promised, here are some of my new purchases in the last month, many from my recent trip to Taiwan. Hope you enjoy them, lovelies :

1) Some new sunnies for this summer

2) A mint skort (so pretty), blue hi-lo skirt (really pretty), and tie-dye jeans I DIY'ed myself

3) An extremely flattering, vintage-ish swimsuit from Momoco (Taiwan) - It came in a very nice bag, which I could use as a beach bag now and then, love the sexy lace details!

4) New tops! Love it!

5) Cutesy pink polkadot socks and thigh-high socks

6) Souvenirs : I love artsy, quirky postcards and have collected a lot. These ones are in metal, paper and wood; A sweet owl bag charm and playing cards (I just liked the package)

7) I collect shot glasses from every country I visit. I am so lucky to have this special one from Taiwan! I almost did not get one because apparently, shot glasses are not a usual souvenir! I found this one in the airport, it is an anniversary glass, limited edition, and cheap! As of now I have six shot glasses

8) A new addition from Oasap - liquid leggings with sheer panels! Outfit soon!

In Macao these days : hot, rainy, humid, icky! Seriously, the weather makes it very hard to choose clothes...do I wear something rain-proof - which is usually sticky to the skin, especially when it's hot, or do I dress for the heat - which will get me sick when it rains? Either way I lose! But I'm glad to be back because I have my entire closet, and then some, again!

Anyways, complaints aside, here's a recent outfit I wore... I've always wanted a denim shirt, but it's hard to find one that fits my bust...seriously, my bust! I've bought two that fit me perfectly downwards, till I try to button it to my neck...so this one from Feng Chia, in Taiwan, with its batwing-style cut, makes it perfect for me. It is roomy, and sometimes takes a weird shape, but all in all I love it!

These flatforms are old purchases I rarely wear. They're not as easy to mix as I thought they were, but I thought they matched this outfit well! Only in flatforms could I achieve the pose above, hahaha, tippy toes

I actually like to put makeup on myself as an occasional hobby, the more caricature, the better! So, taking Katy Perry's character in her video "The One That Got Away" as inspiration, I put a liner moustache on my face!

I know I promised to show my new purchases, but I haven't gotten around to it yet - maybe in a couple of days, I promise!
